Our Travel Booking Service

At Evans & Co Virtual Assistant, we understand that booking travel can be overwhelming, especially for those unfamiliar with the process. We offer a straightforward, reliable service to assist with arranging flights, accommodation, and transport, making your travel experience as smooth as possible.

How to Book:

1. Contact Us - Call or text 0478 966 163 with the following information:

   • Departure location and destination

   • Date of travel and any time preferences

   • Number of passengers, including adults and children

   • Preferred mode of travel (plane, train, bus, or open to options)

   • Accommodation requirements (if applicable)

2. Receive a Quote - We will provide you with a detailed quote based on your travel preferences.

3. Confirm & Pay - If you're happy with the quote, simply deposit the amount into our bank account. You will then need to send:

   • A picture of the photo page of your passport or Australian Government issued photo ID

   • An email address where we can send your booking details

4. Booking Confirmation - Once payment and documents are received, we will proceed with your booking and send all relevant travel documents to your email.

Travel Booking Service Fees:

• Minimum Fee: $5

• Booking Fee: 5% of the total cost of your travel arrangements, rounded up to the nearest whole dollar.

These fees cover the time and expertise required to secure the best travel options for you.

After Booking:

It is your responsibility to save the travel documents on your phone for proof of travel or print them if needed. Documents can be printed at local libraries or stores such as Officeworks for a small fee.

Important Information:

• We do not handle visa applications. It is essential that you check the visa requirements for your destination and ensure they are applied for and paid prior to travel.

• We are here to ensure your travel arrangements are organised, but it is your responsibility to ensure all other requirements (e.g., visas, health checks) are met before your trip.
